Yellow Poppy Yoga is partnering with Salt Wellness Spa to bring you a day retreat in Troy, IL. Join us on September 14th for yoga, workshops, catered lunch, holistic and beauty services (massage, Reiki, chiropractic adjustments, braid bar), SHOPPING (!), and a sound bath.

We will begin the retreat with a slow stretch, all-accessible yoga class. Each attendee will choose two of our holistic/beauty services provided by licensed and experienced practitioners. There will be several vendors onsite with artisan wares and a fully catered lunch. Sacred Sounds will be performing a sound bath with crystal bowls, koshi chimes, corinthian bells, and a gong.
